Today you’re trying Workout #5 from our November Program.

You’re jumping in mid-program, and our members had already built strength through the first four workouts before this one, so take it slow and don’t be discouraged if it feels challenging. This is just a sneak peek to show you what a Simple Strength workout looks and feels like, in our class at home, working out with friends style.

I’m Erin and I’ll be leading the workout. Modify anytime by following Amelia on the left.

Before You Start:

• Warm up first. 5 minutes of marching, brisk walking or dancing does the trick (inside membership we include follow-along warm ups)
• Use cans/water bottles or bodyweight only at this point there's plenty of time to add dumbbells later
