Erin Fechney
In my younger years I had a rollercoaster relationship with exercise. I’ve never been the sporty one, found it near impossible to stick to anything long term, and frankly it was hard. I knew I felt great when I was exercising, that's undeniable, but I just couldn’t find anything I could stick to.
Then one day I was introduced to 'online' workouts & that's when everything changed. Suddenly I had a form of exercise that was manageable, enjoyable and I was seeing results and feeling great!
These days I'm still doing online workouts, just on the other side of the camera!Â
I’m a country girl at heart and enjoy life on our little block of dirt in North Canterbury. My perfect day is a walk in the hills or down the beach with my husband Matt and daughters Demi, Fleur & Tova. Followed by tasty food and a good yarn around an open fire.Â

Strength training was something I didn’t know I needed.
Like Erin, Ive found fitness and fluctuating weight hard over the years. I was always focused on what would burn the most calories, going hard for a short time then stopping, only to have another go a few months later. I thought if I could only be skinny, I'd be happy.
I never would have guessed that feeling strong could take away so much of the pressure I'd put on myself to be smaller.
Maybe it's partly age, but these days I know who I am. I'm strong, but not crazy strong. Just strong enough to feel confident in my body, imperfections and all. I know how important it is for me to healthy and active for as long as possible.
Life's journey and experiences are so different for everyone, and I love hearing other women's stories. I feel privileged to be guiding women to stronger futures for themselves and their families too.Â
From me, you can expect honesty, encouragement, expertise and a good laugh.Â
My husband Tomo and our kids, Mace, Jim and Vera, live in sunny North Canterbury with extended family close by, community, kids at local schools, and together we enjoy life and it's simple pleasures.
