What is Simple Strength?
Simple Strength is an online program of simple, effective strength and fitness workouts.
The program is based on two workouts a week, with optional extra workouts - you will feel stronger, move better, build body confidence and support your long-term health.
- Easily accessible - play workout videos at a time that suits you, in your own home or anywhere on your device with internet connection
- Adaptable - sisters and personal trainers Amelia & Erin provide guidance so you feel supported and challenged at any fitness level
Who is the Simple Strength program for?
Simple Strength is designed for women over 40 looking for strength training that fits into their busy schedule, can be done at home, and requires minimal equipment. No experience? No problem! We guide you through each exercise so you build strength safely.
What type of workouts are in the program?
💪 Strength workouts – we use dumbbells and effective exercises that work your entire body.
⏳ Express cardio – 10 minutes of puff. A workout itself or perfect add on.
🧘 Mobility – strengthen joints and move more freely.
All workouts are under 30 minutes.
Can I join if I’m outside of New Zealand?
Yes! You can join and access the Simple Strength program from anywhere in the world.
Do I need to be fit to join?
No. We provide options to adapt the workout to your fitness level now and as you progress.
