Erin and Amelia are qualified personal trainers passionate about real women and real, practical, effective strength.

We’re here to guide you every step of the way, ensuring exercises are performed safely and effectively to deliver great results while building confidence.

Complementing our expertise is our mum Lesley, a retired nurse whose medical background adds valuable insight into health and wellness.
